Due to the continuation of adverse weather conditions in the Azores and the resulting operational disruptions, agents are exceptionally permitted, exclusively within the scope of irregular operations and whether involving voluntary or involuntary changes, to proceed with the reissue of tickets with plate 737 and 331, for travel on May 23 and 24, provided that all previously communicated guidelines are fully respected.
In these cases, the following information must be inserted in the endorsement box:

We would also like to reinforce the importance of including passengers’ phone contact and email address in the bookings, in order to facilitate direct communication regarding the status of their flights.
We continue to make every effort to mitigate the impact of these irregular operations and to ensure the best possible solution for passengers.
Note:
Voluntary changes requested by passengers, where no flight cancellation has occurred, do not entitle passengers to assistance under Regulation (EC) No 261/2004. The right to assistance applies only in the event of an actual flight cancellation.
