Please be advised that, due to a strike notice issued by the SNPVAC, there may be operational changes to SATA Air Açores (SP) flights between July 18 and 24, 2025.
Considering this situation, the following measures are authorized:
- Involuntary changes: Changes are permitted for dates outside the strike period, without penalties or fare differences. To reissue/revalidate your ticket(s), please contact our Helpdesk service through the usual channels, according to your market.
- Refunds: Tickets with flights (SP) during the strike period may be refunded in full. The refund request must be submitted to BSP/ARC with the reason STRIKE SNPVAC | July 18 to 24, 2025, after the booking has been canceled.
Notes: Voluntary changes requested by passengers, without cancellation of the flight, do not entitle passengers to assistance or compensation under Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004. The right to assistance applies only in the event of actual cancellation of the flight.
