Confirmation of these requests requires assessment of flight and equipment availability and, in some cases, contact with other service providers, so if requested within 48 hours of the flight, there may not be enough time for the necessary evaluation, making it impossible to confirm the request.
When booking with a special service (SSR), the passenger must arrive early at the airport to complete all the necessary formalities.
